We view litigation as a final resort for enforcing your interests because it has been our experience that litigation is usually too time-consuming and costly. Even in court we do not lose sight of your economic interests and work at each stage of the litigation to try to bring about the most sensible economic solution for you.

As an alternative to the judicial proceedings, arbitration is also available. Arbitration is usually less costly and more time efficient. In arbitration, you can also benefit as a party from the professional competence of the arbitrators whom you have selected and appointed yourself.
